Habits are associations with your environment. This environment can include a physical place, time, people, feelings, or thoughts. But they all can be cues for you to behave in certain ways subconsciously. Breaking out of these subconscious behaviors (i.e., habits) can be done with changes to your environment. There are of course other factors that help with habit change. But, actually, I think it is more surprising to see what DOESN’T help build or change habits. More on this later in the week!
